Last Wednesday around 21:00, a witness noticed signs of activity in a shisha bar on the street Köln-Aachener-Straße. Again and again the back door of the bar opened to let people in. When the police officers arrived, several people could be spotted in the bar. After a personal identification, the police officers filed an administrative offence report, as there was suspicion that the owner was violating the Corona Protection Ordinance. For such an offence, the new legal ordinance provides for a fine of 5000 euros, which is imposed by the regulatory authority.
